Phase I Environmental Site Assessment
CTI provides Phase I Environmental Site Assessments that fully satisfy ASTM E-1527-05 requirements, including the following:
- Perform visual assessment of property
- Review of chain-of-title information
- Review historical records
- Review of public records
- Perform environmental risk assessment of properties within ASTM radii
- Perform visual asbestos, lead based paint and PCB survey
- Review survey maps for radon zones
- Recommend further investigation, if warranted

Phase II Environmental Investigation (if warranted)
Scope of Services includes:
- Surface and/or subsurface sampling
- Verification of the existence/absence of contamination
- Environmental laboratory analysis of samples
- Documentation of assessment conditions
- Recommendation of remediation, if warranted

Phase III Characterization/Remediation (if warranted)
Scope of Services includes:
- Characterization of vertical and lateral extent of contamination
- Preparation of remediation action plans
- Regulatory agency interface and clearance negotiation
- Discussion of alternative remediation methods
- Implementation of remediation program
- Monitoring of remediation activities
